Custom commission pricing varies based on the artwork's size, level of detail, and project timeline. Below are my standard starting prices for original watercolor paintings. Custom sizes are also available upon request. Professional framing can be added for an additional fee.

The timeframe for custom art commissions varies based on complexity, medium, and my availability. Typically, it can take from 2 to 14 days. I'll provide an estimated timeframe during the initial consultation and keep you updated on the progress. While the exact duration varies, I prioritize quality and attention to detail. Paper: I use high quality, professional museum grade 140 lb watercolor paper that lasts for decades. Your artwork will look amazing every day!

Watercolor: I only use high quality, professional grade watercolor from top industry brands, to give every artwork vibrance and contrast.

Tools: I use high quality professional natural and synthetic brushes, as well as archival inks.

Why do I need a mat?

I am able to provide a high quality archival white mat and a backing with your painting. A mat draws attention to your painting as well as presentation. If you are giving a portrait as a gift without purchasing a frame, then a mat is recommended. Adding a mat adds size to an artwork. For example a 8x10 inches painting with a mat would need a 11x14 inches frame. See the pricing section above for all sizes.

Framing options:

Commission prices do not include framing, but I can add it for you. Here are the frame options:

Wood: white, oak, black
Metal: black, silver, gold, bronze

Each frame is 3/8 inches thick.

I usually have a 50% deposit before I start working on an artwork. The deposit is refundable within 2 days of your payment , unless I’ve already started to work on your artpiece.

I accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal. I also accept Apple Pay or cash (in person).

USA: I provide free shipping and packing. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 business days.

Canada: shipping available at additional cost. Estimated shipping time is 5-8 business days.

International: shipping available at additional cost. Estimated shipping time is 8-22 business days.

Expedited: shipping available at additional cost. Please contact me and I will come up with an estimation.

Processing times, packaging and delivery: I ship within 1-2 business days after your artwork is completed. Large sizes may take additional processing time. Paintings are mailed in a rigid mailer, a tube or a box by USPS Priority service with tracking available. All shipments are insured to protect you and me.

Local delivery and pickup (NYC area): if you are in the NYC area, I can deliver and hand the artwork to you, or you can come to my studio to pick it up. I am always happy to see my clients!
