Terms:

The gift card is activated upon purchase and is valid until the expiration date stated on the card or accompanying documentation. The card will belong to a cardholder. The cardholder must contact me via the website above or by email hi@helendenisevich.art for an art class scheduling and details.

The card is not redeemable for cash or credit, and any unused balance will not be refunded. Treat this card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded. The gift card is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or recipient. No discounts, promotions, or other offers can be applied to the purchase of a gift card. Expiration dates cannot be extended. I reserve the right to refuse service or deactivate a card if we believe it is being used fraudulently or in violation of these terms, These terms and conditions can be changed at any time, and the changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
