We’ll spend the morning capturing the vibrant blooms, sunlit trees, and the charming rhythm of park life — all set against a lively backdrop of cityscapes and passing crowds. With expressive brushstrokes and fresh watercolor techniques, you’ll learn how to bring everyday scenes to life on paper.

What to expect from this workshop:
We’ll guide you step-by-step through a relaxed and inspiring session:
10:30 AM – Welcome & Setup
Grab your materials, find a cozy spot, and ease into the creative atmosphere of the park.
10:45 AM – Demo & Sketching
Follow along as we do a quick pencil sketch and introduce key watercolor techniques to get you started.
11:15 AM – Main Painting Session
Bring your scene to life with guided support, one-on-one tips, and plenty of time to explore your creativity.
12:45 PM – Final Touches & Group Share
Add your finishing strokes, then (optionally!) share your work and enjoy a relaxing wrap-up with the group.
Materials Provided: A watercolor travel kit will be provided to you — just bring your summer spirit and creativity!

Outdoor Watercolor Workshop FAQ

This course is designed for all levels. No prior experience is necessary — just a love of painting outdoors!

A watercolor starter kit will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own supplies if you prefer.
Provided materials:
Travel-size watercolor set
Two watercolor brushes (different sizes)
Watercolor paper
Waterproof ink pen
Water container
What you should bring:
Portable seating (folding stool or blanket)
Sunscreen & hat
Water bottle

After you register, you’ll receive detailed directions and a map.

In case of bad weather, we’ll either:
Reschedule the session
In case of unpleasant weather preventing the outdoor class, I will offer an alternative place. Students will have the option to join another class or receive a coupon for rescheduling the class within six months. If you cancel a class with less than 48 hours' notice, you can reschedule your reservation for another class within the next six months.

Each outdoor session will be approximately 3 hours, including quick workshop, work on painting, and a group share

Yes! I’ll be taking some casual photos and short video clips during the workshop to capture the creative atmosphere and beautiful moments of the day.
What will the photos/videos be used for?
These may be shared on my website, social media, or future workshop promotions to help others get a feel for the experience.Do I have to be in the photos/videos?
Not at all! If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let me know at the beginning of the session — I’ll completely respect your preference.Can I take photos of my work or the setting?
Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to snap photos of your artwork, your painting setup, or the scenery — it’s part of the fun!Will I receive any of the photos from the day?
Yes! I’ll share a few highlight photos with the group after the session. If you’d like access to more, just let me know and I can send a link to the shared gallery.
