This was my second commission project for Spruce Capital, created to celebrate 25 new property closings for their Madison Avenue office. For this collection, I painted 25 custom 16 x 20 watercolor building portraits from scratch, each highlighting the unique character and architectural details of the property.

Through expressive watercolor techniques and thoughtful attention to detail, I transformed each building into a personalized work of art. The completed collection now serves as a meaningful visual celebration of Spruce Capital's successful transactions and growth.
